RMS Ltd. is a worker-owned tech cooperative — every employee owns a stake, every salary set democratically by the team. We're planning to partner with organisations that train developers from non-traditional backgrounds: refugee communities, disadvantaged circumstances, career-changers. People the tech economy locks out. I was one of them.
