- Production edge SaaS for the Romanian market - Two full-stack multi-tenant platforms — fleet management and a business-registration marketplace — built with Next.js and Hono on serverless workers, with Drizzle ORM over Edge SQL, Stripe billing, Resend email, and TurboRepo monorepo structure.
- Published Chrome and Firefox extensions - Five TypeScript extensions on the Chrome Web Store and Firefox Add-ons — chrome-group-discard pauses tab groups, discord-purge and uninsta bulk-unsend DMs, series-auto-skip skips intros on Plex and Netflix, and filelist-ext monitors filelist.io for new TV torrents — all sharing a Vite/esbuild MV3 pipeline.
- Self-hosted k3s homelab cluster - Production k3s cluster running Nextcloud, Vaultwarden with age-encrypted nightly backups and freshness monitoring, and cert-manager — all version-controlled as IaC with Helmfile and deployed via GitHub Actions ARC runners on self-owned hardware with a WARP mesh watchdog keeping nodes connected.
- Self-hosted AI workspace and local inference - odysseus is a public self-hosted AI workspace (chat, agents, documents, email, calendar) backed by FastAPI, ChromaDB, and MCP; MoE model inference is benchmarked on an RTX 3070 via llama.cpp and Ollama; social-update runs a daily agent pipeline on k3s that summarizes coding sessions with a local model and drafts LinkedIn posts.
- Edge-deployed web apps and utilities - gw2roi ranks Guild Wars 2 crafting ROI hourly via serverless cron; a personal investment tracker covers multiple accounts with Telegram alerts; itguys.ro is a multilingual Astro corporate site with EmDash CMS and automated Claude AI blog posting across six locales; BentoPDF serves a LibreOffice WASM PDF toolkit over object storage; an internal zero-trust app directory rounds out the cluster.
- Reusable CI/CD and version-controlled dev environment - shared-workflows is a public GitHub Actions monorepo consumed by all projects — covering serverless deployments, k3s deploys, Claude Code review, and browser-extension publishing — backed by a custom ARC runner image; a version-controlled ~/.claude config tracks resident skills, hooks, rules, and memory with Gitleaks secret scanning on every commit.
- Standalone utilities and personal projects - deckrun is a local-first TypeScript CLI for Markdown presentations with 19 animated themes, KaTeX, Mermaid, and PDF export; a Python Telegram bot sends alerts on device login/unlock with remote shutdown support; advisory-db publishes OSV-format security advisories for Rust crates consumed by cargo-audit and cargo-deny; a PARA-structured Obsidian vault synced via Syncthing serves as a personal knowledge base.
