The logs section is too short in the UI #2961

Steps to reproduce

Open a run or job details page and look at the logs section. Try adjusting the page width.

Actual behaviour

With my default resolution, the logs section is too short — only two lines fit.

If I open the browser window to half the screen width, the logs section cannot fit a single line.

Expected behaviour

Regardless of the window width or the size of the "General" section, the logs section should be tall enough to fit at least ten lines, or more if the screen size allows.
