I think this is a good one to take. Always irksome to see the typos whenever I come across them.
Just for reference for others at MS, the .DotSettings file is something that JetBrains tooling can pick up and work with. We don't have an equivalent spellchecker that's language-agnostic in VS.

I'm trying to make the spell checker a bit less unhappy about FSharp.Compiler.Service.sln so the scroll bar shows less typo warnings.
This PR fixes some typos across the FCS project and adds a team-shared ReSharper dictionary with commonly used abbreviations and some words the built-in dictionary doesn't have.
