Remove permissions from vector search endpoint recreation test - #6845

Changes

Remove the permissions configuration from the Vector Search endpoint drift/recreated_same_name acceptance test and regenerate its expected output. Keep the checks that remote recreation changes the endpoint UUID and that a subsequent deploy leaves no permanent drift.

Why

Permissions are eventually consistent after an out-of-band endpoint recreation, making the permissions assertions flaky.

Tests

• Local acceptance test passed with the direct engine for both DMS= and DMS=true.
• Cloud tests were not run.
• Go lint passed for all three modules.
• Full formatting and Python lint were blocked by failure to download the pinned Ruff package from PyPI.
