  1. feat: add CDS (SAP CAP) language support + publish as @daniel-huser/c… 

    …odegraph

- New `CdsExtractor` class (src/extraction/cds-extractor.ts): brace-tracking
  state machine that extracts entity→class, service→namespace,
  action/function→function, type→type-alias, aspect→class. Emits contains
  edges from services to their members and references edges for
  Association/Composition targets. Works file-by-file with no cross-file
  dependency required.
- Wire CDS into the extraction pipeline (grammars.ts, tree-sitter.ts, types.ts)
- Rename npm scope from @colbymchenry to @daniel-huser in all scripts
- Simplify release.yml: remove Rust kernel matrix (WASM fallback covers all
  languages), build all 6 platform bundles from a single ubuntu-latest runner,
  publish via NPM_TOKEN instead of OIDC trusted publishing
