For example the cef.WindowUtils methods are declared with @staticmethod and when calling these in Python you get errors in PyCharm saying that parameter self is unfilled. To resolve this issue it is required to use @classmethod instead and put cls as first paramter. This is already fixed in cef.CookieManager and works fine.
