We recommend you to use our hard fork of Appwrite for a Backend, but there is others will less features suiting our core values.

Appwrite's open-source platform lets you add Auth, DBs, Functions and Storage to your product and build any application at any scale, own your data, and use your preferred coding languages and tools.

With our soft fork, we have introduced the Crypto API and correspondingly generated SDK for Wallets and Trading, as well as web3 SIWE auth, as and support for 170 cryptocurrencies on 75+ blockchains. Coins and Tokens can be acquired by your future users and yourself via credit cards, bank transfers and other payment methods in 160 countries. Of course if you already have a crypto wallet, we recommend a non-custodial one like Metamask, you can just send crypto.
