Closing with #3221 and #3220. v1.4.6 and v1.5.3 both come from the retag-based flow that #3017 retired, so adding their changelog files now documents a process we don't run. Neither release has notes on its GitHub release page either. If we want that history complete it is one pass over all pre-#3017 tags, not two PRs sitting open for a month. |
