Merge local DocumentStore hits with live SourceProvider results: fail-soft timeouts/errors, prefer-local dedupe, optional sources filter. Wire optional MemoryProvider with remember/recall, includeMemory default false on ask, and memory_unavailable degrade when recall fails.
