Download and unzip the file https://d396qusza40orc.cloudfront.net/getdata%2Fprojectfiles%2FUCI%20HAR%20Dataset.zip Set your working directory to the zip file directory. Save the run_analysis.R script in the same directory. Run run_analysis.R script. The result is tidy_file_avg.txt
