Utility Methods and Classes should not be private #56

As is, this library is needlessly difficult to use, replicating the exact same failure mode java.util.Properties has.

org.codejive.properties.Cursor is public and contains public static Cursor index(List<PropertiesParser.Token> tokens, int index)
but org.codejive.properties.PropertiesParser is package private.

These methods are useful for working with .properties files directly and should not be package private:

• org.codejive.properties.PropertiesParser#unescape
• org.codejive.properties.PropertiesParser#isSeparatorChar
• org.codejive.properties.PropertiesParser#isCommentChar
• org.codejive.properties.Properties#escapeValue
• org.codejive.properties.Properties#escapeKey

These methods are useful for modifying .properties files and should not be (package) private.

• org.codejive.properties.Properties#first
• org.codejive.properties.Properties#last
• the org.codejive.properties.PropertiesParser.Token constructors

Arguably, even internal methods should be - at most - protected, but even these couple changes would help a lot.
