We started out by saying that we don't want PRs for anything except bug fixes. Things have evolved a bit since we announced the beta such that we've gotten some excellent community contributions (thank you! 💖) beyond bug fixes. We still want to acknowledge that our team is very small and we don't have the bandwidth for PRs for everyone's favorite feature request, so we'll still require an issue to be the first place to discuss all but the smallest and most straightforward feature additions. But this PR makes clearer that when we've given the ok 👍 in an issue for a community member to work on something, we'll be happy to merge PRs for features.
