Output in-line comments summary in gh pr status #9200

Describe the feature or problem you’d like to solve
Currently we can't see in-place comments from CLI due to UI deisgn challenges. This is fine.
Current CLI users won't see any reminider about new in-line comments have been updated, they won't open browser to check updated in-line comments accordingly thus the whole review process is slowed down.
Proposed solution
The CLI can simple remind that in-line comment updated in 35min ago so that CLI users can check details from browser? This simple reminder may not be too challenging for UI design?
How will it benefit CLI and its users?
It will help speeding up review progcess for heavy CLI users.

You can use an extension gh extension install agynio/gh-pr-review.
To read PR comments (including inline) you can run gh pr-review review view -R owner/repo
