### Describe the bug **gh Version:** 1.0.0 **Git Bash (mintty) Version: 3.2.0** **OS:** Windows 10, x64 (Bootcamp from MacBook Pro) Suddenly I was prompted with error: ``` $ gh pr create -B development bash: /c/Program Files (x86)/GitHub CLI/gh.exe: No such file or directory ``` Upon checking, the file was in fact gone. Using the [msi installer](https://github.com/cli/cli/releases/download/v1.0.0/gh_1.0.0_windows_amd64.msi). **** 1. I uninstalled and reinstalled gh cli. I tried making another pull request: ``` $ gh pr create -B development bash: /c/Program Files (x86)/GitHub CLI/gh: Permission denied ``` 2. Afterward, gh.exe was deleted again. 3. I repeated step #1 and realized I receive a Windows Security Notification: ### Expected vs actual behavior **Expected:** gh cli to work properly **Actual:** gh cli is prompted a windows security thread ### Logs n/a
