Describe the feature or problem you’d like to solve
When I run gh pr status, I sometimes see + Changes requested on a PR. Currently the only way to see these change requests is opening the web UI manually.
Proposed solution
I suggest to create a command such as gh pr requests to show change requests:
$ gh pr requests status
Showing 2 of 2 change requests
#1 Opened by GitHub 3 days ago
Please rename the functionto a m...
#2 Opened by GitHub a week ago
Please support showing change req...
$ gh pr requests view 1
Request change #1 in PR #2978
Not resolved yet
GitHub reviewed 3 days ago
Please rename the functionto a more descriptive name.

Done. Resolving the request.
$ gh pr requests resolve 1
✓ Resolved change request #1 in PR #2978.
It will benefit the users of GitHub CLI so they won't have to open the web UI to comment and resolve requested changes.
