gh pr edit --add-assignee purges existing list #11140
I used to run gh pr edit --add-assignee as part of a actions workflow to add a user to the list of assignees. Now, it instead behaves as a setting function, removing all other users and replacing them with the one provided in the argument.
Affected version
2.74.0, 2.74.1
Steps to reproduce the behavior
Create a pull request, assign it to at least one person, let's say user-1
run gh pr edit --add-assignee [other-user]
gh pr view or look at the website - only other-user is assigned
Expected vs actual behavior
In reproduction step 3. I expect both user-1 and other-user to be assigned to the pull request.

Actually I think this was already fixed in #11065, I thought it went into v2.74.1 but it actually missed that cut. Will try to get a release today, thanks for the report and sorry for the inconvenience.
