This service hook triggers a deployment on deployer.vc whenever a push is made.

1. **Deployment Address** - URL of the deployment to be triggered whenever a commit/push occurs, normally in the format `https://<account>.deployer.vc/#/deployment/<deployment_id>`

2. **API Token** - An API token for your deployer.vc account, which can be created under `https://<account>.deployer.vc/#/account`
