vp dlx tries to download a package called "changeset" which has no binary. The CLI comes from @changesets/cli which is already installed as a devDependency, so vp exec runs the local binary.

What/Why?
The release workflow fails with
ERR_PNPM_DLX_NO_BINbecausevp dlx changeset publishdownloads a package calledchangesetwhich has no binary. The actual CLI comes from@changesets/cli(already a devDependency).Switch to
vp exec changeset publishwhich runs the locally installed binary.Testing
