Summary

  • Streamlined /product-vision: now generates product overview, roadmap, and data shape all in one conversational flow — no draft approval steps
  • Streamlined /shape-section and /sample-data: auto-proceed to write files after gathering info, no draft approval gates
  • Updated /product-roadmap, /data-shape, and /sample-data to follow an update pattern: if the file exists, show current state and ask what to change; if not, generate immediately
  • Reframed /export-product as a UI design handoff — removed prescriptive backend/database guidance, focusing on UI components, product requirements, and user flows
  • Renamed /data-model to /data-shape throughout commands, UI, routes, and docs
  • Updated all docs (product-planning.md, usage.md, design-section.md, index.md) to reflect the consolidated flows

Simplify the export package to focus on UI designs, product requirements,
and user flows — removing prescriptive backend/database guidance. Rename
/data-model to /data-shape throughout to emphasize this step sketches the
general shape of data rather than defining a final data model.

…a shape in one flow

/product-vision now asks clarifying questions covering all three areas, then writes
product-overview.md, product-roadmap.md, and data-shape.md without draft approval.
/product-roadmap and /data-shape updated to the update pattern (show current state,
ask what to change, update immediately). Docs updated to reflect the consolidated flow.
