Replicate the pytest BrowserStack Smart Test Selection demo from Madhura-p99/test-selection-pytest-demo: SDK config (browserstack.yml with testOrchestrationOptions.runSmartSelection), test-selection.json, pytest suite (auth, cart, checkout, hero, orderhistory, product, profile, scenarios), requirements.txt, and CI workflows. test-selection.json points at harshit-bstack/test-selection-demo-app-browserstack. Add pytest Smart Test Selection setup
Add empty root conftest.py so pytest adds the repo root to sys.path, letting tests/conftest.py do `from tests.demo_app.helpers import DemoApp`. Pin pyobjc-core/framework-Cocoa/framework-SystemConfiguration below 12 on darwin only — 12.0 is yanked and fails to compile on Python 3.9 under the macOS 15 clang.
