Adds local JSONL logs for session start/end and model requests made through AgentLoop.
Records request duration, model-step number, requested tool-call count, and request failures. Logs contain event metadata and are excluded from Git. Logging failures disable further logging with one warning.
Validation:
This contribution covers session and AgentLoop model events. File-tool events and the separate /askfile request path are not instrumented yet.
