This way the call is also inline with other calls that could have customer impact.
According to PUT semantics, clients must provide the entire object. The currently described behaviour is semantically a PATCH. This change is consistent with how our API is already implemented.
Up until now, we always required a product id when updating auto topup settings. When the user wants to remove them, it doesn't make sense to provide a product.
This reverts commit 6abe4c5. This commit currently breaks our system tests. Revert until fixed.
