The observer watches
href/relattribute mutations indocument.head, but the callback unconditionally executestag.href = TRANSPARENT_FAVICON; once any head mutation occurs, this write is itself an observed mutation and can repeatedly retrigger the callback, creating a tight loop that drives unnecessary CPU usage on active pages. Please guard the write (only update when needed) or pause observation while mutating.Useful? React with 👍 / 👎.
