Follow-up from #239 optional-field audit.

The audit must classify bids.set, keywordbids.set, audiencetargets.add, dynamicads.add, dynamicfeedadtargets.add, smartadtargets.add, and smartadtargets.update optional WSDL rows without generic candidates.

Scope includes ContextBid, StrategyPriority, auto-search-bid flags, condition item projections, and other rows reported by tests/WSDL_OPTIONAL_FIELD_AUDIT.md. Existing compound parsers should be marked supported only where the CLI really serializes the exact WSDL path.
