This small PR fixes norm_write_dartel

  • implements input-output harmonisation (after aas_renamestream)
  • implements binarisation using PVE (similar to norm_write)
  • allows restricted diagnostics (diagnostic.streamind)
  • streamlined implementation of DARTEL denorm in aamod_denorm
  • update/unify denorm XMLs and update CBU example tasklists accordingly
