Recently, specifying the basis function became possible. The defult setting also contains T0=9, which points to the middel slice. Also, this setting "disables" lines 189-199 in aas_firstlevel_model_prepare, which adjust T and T0 according to reference slice & slice order.
While I think it is a great idea to provide an option to specify T and T0 manually, I recommend to leave T0 empty as default since - I assume - we want the adjustment as default, as well.
