Autocomplete not working

So im working under Windows and I have an external path where I installed python.
Python is added to my path and in Atom I added the executable in the Settings (D:/Programming_Editor/Python/pythonw.exe" also tried "D:/Programming_Editor/Python/) both things I tried didnt work. I also added the path to the Site-Packages ("D:/Programming_Editor/Python/Lib/site-packages/") but this also didnt work
