WORK IN PROGRESS
I migrated all functions that would be used from Fabric to Invoke.
There is still a lot of testing to do as I didn't have many config or couldn't try it with live servers. All the 'grunt' work from transitioning has been done. I left a few TODO as I didn't have time to figure out the best way to download/upload from a remote server.
