Bump packageManager from 10.6.5. pnpm 11 no longer reads the `pnpm` field in package.json and deprecates `onlyBuiltDependencies`, so move the build allowlist to `allowBuilds` in pnpm-workspace.yaml.
@Stylistic v5 renamed func-call-spacing to function-call-spacing, which broke eslint config loading. Rename the rule, add jest globals for test and mock files, drop an unused import, cover a second `any` with eslint-disable, and apply lint:fix formatting.

Summary
pnpmfield inpackage.jsonand removedonlyBuiltDependencies, so the build allowlist (pre-commit,spawn-sync,unrs-resolver) moves to anallowBuildsmap in a newpnpm-workspace.yaml. Without this, those build scripts are silently skipped.@stylisticv5 renamedfunc-call-spacing→function-call-spacing, which broke config loading entirely — so the linter had never actually run, hiding latent violations.
