Liberty Wireless, Singapore — Technical Architect (Aug 2018 – Oct 2021) Designed core platforms from scratch — Reward as a Service, Notification Engine, Billing as a Service, eWallet, Policy, and Sphere — following microservice principles for performance, capacity, and scalability. Built an activity/transport/priority/template-based notification model with dynamic traffic routing and elastic cache optimization.

Walmart Labs, Bangalore — Sr Tech Lead (Oct 2016 – Jul 2018) Built a highly scalable global order fulfillment system used across stores and customer touchpoints. Designed the "Take Action" platform for widget-based personalized pages configurable at market/store/user level. Led Holiday Readiness for Walmart US 2017 from Bangalore.

Polycom Technologies, Bangalore — Sr Staff Engineer (Apr 2013 – Oct 2016) Built RP Web Suite — a cloud-enabled, HA, secure, AD-compatible video collaboration platform using Java, AngularJS, and Node.js. Delivered SSO (Kerberos & SAML) integration including Salesforce enterprise SSO.

Yahoo SDC, Bangalore — Tech Lead (Sep 2011 – Mar 2013) Led multiple projects under Yahoo Finance — stock quotes, financial news, symbol lookup, autocomplete indexing, and chart APIs. Onboarded KR, HK, and TW finance sites onto the global Y! Finance codebase.

Oracle SDC, Bangalore — Sr Member Technical Staff (Oct 2010 – Aug 2011) Worked on Oracle ASO security modules — Kerberos authentication within the ZTK abstraction layer, covering advanced security and compatibility across deployment scenarios.

Novell SDC, Bangalore — Sr Software Engineer (Feb 2007 – Oct 2010) Delivered DSFW — enabling unified access to Novell Linux and Microsoft services via eDirectory/Active Directory. Shipped Kerberos, SAML, and GSSAPI/SPNEGO/EXTERNAL SASL mechanisms with Group Policy integrations.
