  1. Remove _validate_xoxp_token 

    With the new Slack apps preview bot users can request the same scopes
as user tokens. Because of this I believe validating xoxp token for
requests no longer makes sense.

The `BotUserAccessError` exception is currently blocking users from
trying out the new bot scopes introduced in the Slack apps preview.

This commit has a breaking change since API functions will no longer
raise `BotUserAccessError` but this behavior was not documented as only
`SlackRequestError` is mentioned in the docstrings.
