On dev.opencode.ai, rename the desktop and mobile header's Zen link to Models and Enterprise link to Teams, pointing to
/console/modelsand/console/teams. Full page navigation opens the separate Console application. The build flag defaults off and SST explicitly enables it only for the dev stage, forcing it off for all other stages. Production keeps the existing localized Zen and Enterprise links. New labels use the existing English fallback in all locales.
Validation: 22 flag/locale tests, console-app typecheck, formatting, and both flag-on and flag-off website builds pass. Deploy to dev after the Console marketing pages are available.
