Hanging During Agent Tasks #4073

Description

Agent work eventually hangs, ESC stops responding and a single Ctrl-C exits opencode immediately.

1.0.45

Steps to reproduce

1. Select Model as Sonnet 4.5 (Not tested on other models)
2. Provide a prompt that will require multiple agents.
3. Wait
4. After a minute or so the tool calls will stop and no further progress is made, opencode does not respond to ESC and CTRL-C exits immediately.
