Adds GitLab Duo entries for GPT-6.1 Sol and Claude Sonnet 5.5.

  • duo-chat-gpt-6-1-sol inherits everything from openai/gpt-6.1-sol, since the gateway's limits match it.
  • duo-chat-sonnet-5-5 overrides limit.output to 64,000, because the gateway caps Sonnet 5.5 there. duo-chat-sonnet-5 has the same override.
