The Learn Angular tutorial page does not work. It gives the following error message after landing but before you do anything:

The error message is: Installation failed

I am using the Chrome browser on Windows 11 Home. Under "Settings" > "Third-party cookies" > "Allow third-party cookies" is enabled. Please see the attached screenshot for more information.
