  1. Experimental change to the objective function that should help 

    spread out diversity over more positions by putting in a term
to the error function that increases as a square of the number
of amino acids that were requested but not delivered.  That way,
SwiftLib doesn't load all of the diversity into a handful of
positions while leaving the other positions with only a single
amino acid.
