This PR aims at discrete probability models and discrete probability distribution. Hence adds the following classes:
I have tried to make the comments exhaustive and have taken inspirations from Ciaran's explanations in the AIMA3e branch. These classes are necessary for Full joint distribution. Once this PR is merged I will immediately push the code for FullJointDistribution as I am unaware if changes are to be made to these implementations.
