  1. 🎨 Add seed support to MazeVacuumEnvironment for reproducible runs 

    Add seeded constructor to MazeVacuumEnvironment and optional seed
input to VacuumAgentApp toolbar to allow deterministic maze layout
and agent starting position for fair agent comparisons.
