CI jobs have been failing when executing tests, specifically ./prepareTestResult.sh within GitHub Action runners.
This appears to be caused by actions/runner-images#7090. One proposed workaround is to prelaunch the simulator. We can attempt this workaround or otherwise remove UI test report generation from CI.
