docs(lite): clients, quota and WSL as of ThinkWatch Lite 2026.9.18 - #24

The Lite page and the Lite docs now name Claude Desktop and DeepSeek Harness among the clients adopted from the app, Antigravity CLI in place of Gemini CLI among those set up by hand, WSL on Windows (WSL 1 or mirrored networking), and the GLM Coding Plan quota next to the ChatGPT limits. Adoption changes the settings that point a client at the gateway, which is no longer only the endpoint and the key. Refresh the fallback copies: the Core documents from v0.51.0 and the releases list.
