  1. Add Baguette C3, C6, and S3 CircuitPython board definitions 

    Adds complete board support for ThePiHut Baguette prototyping boards:

BOARDS IMPLEMENTED:
- Baguette C3 (ESP32-C3): 16-pin breadboard breakout, 13 GPIO pins
- Baguette S3 (ESP32-S3): 30-pin breadboard breakout, 27 GPIO pins
- Baguette C6 (ESP32-C6): 22-pin breakout (pending hardware revision)

FEATURES:
- All GPIO pins accessible and tested (C3: 13/13, S3: 27/27)
- WiFi connectivity (scanning, connection, HTTP)
- I2C/Qwiic connectors with GPIO47/48 (C3/S3), GPIO5/6 (C6)
- UART connectors
- RGB LED (NeoPixel) on GPIO8
- Boot button on GPIO9
- S3 SD card support (SPI on GPIO9/10/11/7)
- Frozen NeoPixel library for easy LED control

TESTING:
- Comprehensive test scripts for GPIO, WiFi, I2C, and SD card
- All features verified working on C3 and S3
- C6 pending hardware revision (LED issue identified)
- Board-specific test scripts (test_pins_c3.py, test_pins_s3.py)
