Remove map component since unnecessary. Move all related code into the map container under `client/src/routes/map/index.js`.

Refactor
leafletOsmMapcomponent androutes/mapcontainer accordingly to honor container vs component concept. The component no longer has state and state logic has been moved into the route module which is equivalent to containers for Navi app.
