Tooluse error with custom_host provider #366

Describe the bug
I built an agent using custom_host model and with arxiv_search tool. When processing a request, an error raised: Invalid parameter: 'tool_calls' cannot be used when 'functions' are present. Please use 'tools' instead of 'functions'.
