Since 8.2 is almost EOL I think it's best to have the first non-beta release on 8.4 with Symfony 8.

Would be best to also update our frontend stack since Encore is now low maintenance https://github.com/symfony/webpack-encore-bundle
We should migrate to Reprise: #191
