Updater / Migrations #128

How to handle updates/migrations in core and modules.

• Doctrine migrations? Only handles DB schema
• Config updates (structure/fieldnames)

  • Download and overrides local files
  • Determin where migration version and core version is linked. Could be a simple registry in config.
