[FEAT]: Adding Plugin Dependencies #105

Describe the feature idea
Having Plugins that can have Dependencies to other Plugins, Icon Packs or Wallpaper Packs.
Plugins should be able to add dependencies to the Manifest file by using the ID of said dependency, the store would then have to check said dependencies and install them if needed.

Additional context
Added this to an Github Issue so the feature doesnt get forgotten and that we can keep better track of said feature.

Maybe using a lib would be good if something like that exists for our usecase
