Updates the NEU repo parser to parse the most recent
itemsOverlay/<dataVersion>/<id>.snbtfile for each item where available. This mainly gives us real Hypixel IDs as opposed to NEU's bastardized ones, but also a few other things.Unsure if any ID changes or such are considered "breaking", so ensure it's going to be fine before merging.
