Fix error when version server down

Added Jhin support

Reworked Jhin's attack and 4th shot damages
Master Yi will no longer pause orbwalking after his passive strike
RekSai will no longer pause orbwalking after attacking with Q
Fixed small bug in mastery damage calcs
Removed rename requirement from script, no longer needed

- Blitzcrank will no longer pause after attacking with E active
- Viktor will no longer pause after attacking with Q buff
- Kog'Maw's option to disable movement when above 2.5 attack speed will
now also work when attacking non-champion units.
- Kog'Maw will now actively manage and stop attacks when necessary for
last hits while movement is disabled.
- Modified interaction with Evadeee to improve compatibility when
changing evade direction.

- RekSai will no longer attack slower while Q is active
- Removed passive bonus damage from Corki due to patch 6.7 changes
- Fixed an issue which caused Draven's Q to not be detected correctly
- Kalista will now continue to attack while blinded
- Fixed typo ("Jihn" instead of "Jhin") which caused Jhin to not be
sorted into adc target priority and a few other issues such as no range
circle showing for him as the enemy.
