  1. Реализация приложения «24 часа Ле-Мана» 

    Три класса по зонам ответственности:
- Car — данные автомобиля (название, скорость) и конструктор;
- Race — хранит лидера и пересчитывает его по формуле «скорость × 24»;
- Main — ввод со Scanner, цикл на три машины, вывод победителя.

Валидация ввода: пустое название, нечисловая, дробная и выходящая
за диапазон 1–250 скорость — сообщение об ошибке и повторный запрос.
